Manage Payment Links
From this interface, merchants gain comprehensive control over their payment requests. Sorting options allow for efficient organization, while robust search capabilities quickly locate specific transactions. Furthermore, the ability to reissue links streamlines the process of chasing outstanding payments, improving the likelihood of successful reconciliation.

Resend a payment link
Verification needed: The existing guidance says resending an expired link duplicates it with a new reference and expiry, then sends the new link automatically. This behaviour has not been verified in the current Portal.
-
Open the three-dot menu at the end of the entry you want to resend to open the resend panel.

-
In Resend payment link to, update the email address if needed and adjust the expiry date. Add a mobile number if needed.
-
Click Send. The documented confirmation message is “Payment link resent successfully”.
-
Return to Payment Links to review the list. The existing guidance says a newly created link appears first; its placement has not been verified in the current Portal.
